Florida Golf Vakantie

COURSE:     SKYVIEW AT TERRA VISTA

FORMAT:    Better-Ball of Partners.  Pick your own partner.  All indexes will be sloped for handicap purposes.
All handicaps will be at 90%.  Players will be entered in both gross and net divisions.

ENTRY FEE:   $65.00 per player
Entry fee includes:  coffee and donuts at 7:30a.m., range balls starting at 7:30a.m., golf, cart,
lunch at Skyview Clubhouse, and prize pools.  No entries will be accepted without payment.
There will be no refunds after Wednesday, April 22nd at 5:00p.m., however substitutions may be made.

DEADLINE: Entries must be received by Thursday, April 23rd at 5:00p.m.  Field limited to the first 60 teams.
